With the creation of our 'CI' (Custom Integration) products, Denon also put in place a CI Certification program for our Authorized Dealers that sell, integrate and service these specialized products. This extensive and annual Certification program includes many hours of in person and on-line training, as well as constant updates on our products. Many of our Certified 'CI' dealers may not be listed in our 'Find a Dealer' search engine, due to the fact they do not purchase product directly from Denon. They use local Authorized Distribution centers, and their use of the Denon CI Certified logo is our 'Seal of Expertise' to you that these companies are Authorized Denon Dealers.
